Once more, Miles Morales is back to save the multiverse! Miles travels across the cosmos to try and fight the Spot, a formidable opponent, once he is reunited with Gwen Stacy. He makes a lot of new spider friends. However, in light of canonical circumstances, Miguel O'Hara disapproves of Miles' actions to save everyone. He finds himself fleeing from hundreds of other spider people together with Miguel. Will the multiverse be saved by Miles? That's about to change.

Earth-65. Reluctantly, guilt-ridden Gwen Stacy joins the elite Spider-Society a year after the events of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018) in order to defend the multiverse. In the meantime, Miles Morales, the amiable Spider-Man in the neighbourhood, strives to live up to his parents' expectations on Earth-1610. When the two Spider-Man incarnations link up to take on The Spot, a formidable criminal with a vendetta, Miles unearths a startling fact that threatens the multiverse as a whole.
