SINOPSIS

Set in 2008 during the economic recession, the story centers on Leo, an inquisitive young Latino boy, and his single mother, Sofia, who operates an illegal marijuana business to support their family. Leo and the neighbor boy become friends, creating an inevitable conflict as the presence of law enforcement puts Sofia's illegal activities and her family's future at significant risk. SINOPSIS

When a single, unattributed missile is launched at the United States, a race begins to determine who is responsible and how to respond.


One morning in Washington, D.C., Capt. Olivia Walker, the oversight officer for the White House Situation Room, is informed of several geopolitical developments: an imminent exercise by the PLA, suspicious chatter between Iran and its proxies, and silence from North Korea after a recent ballistic missile test.


The Pacific-based SBX-1 early-warning radar detects an unidentified ICBM launch; surprisingly, the missile is not detected at launch, but rather mid-flight over the northwest-Pacific. Initially presumed to be a routine North Korean test, the situation changes when the ICBM enters low orbit, with a trajectory targeting Chicago within the next twenty minutes.


A video conference is initiated between the Situation Room, the Pentagon, and various commands of the armed forces. The President joins last, and alertness is raised to DEFCON 2. NORTHCOM directs units under Maj. Daniel Gonzalez at Fort Greely, Alaska to launch two ground-based interceptors (GBI); the first GBI fails to deploy while the second fails to neutralize the ICBM, horrifying Gonzalez, who vomits outside. Alertness is raised to DEFCON 1.


Simultaneously, Secretary of Defense Reid Baker initiates the government's continuity of governance protocol, resulting in designated federal employees, including FEMA official Cathy Rogers, to be evacuated immediately. Deputy National Security Advisor[a] Jake Baerington, who was rushed to the Presidential Emergency Operations Center (PEOC), advises the President to not retaliate until the missile’s origin is confirmed. With impact only a few minutes away, Walker phones her family to warn them to leave the D.C. area.

SINOPSIS

Tron: Ares, released in theaters by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures on October 10, 2025, is the third installment in the Tron franchise. The sci-fi action film is directed by Joachim Rønning and stars Jared Leto in the titular role as a sophisticated AI program that ventures into the human world. 

A highly sophisticated program, Ares, is sent from the digital world into the real world on a dangerous mission.

The film, a standalone sequel to 2010's Tron: Legacy, inverts the original premise by having a program come into the human world instead of a person entering the digital one. 

The race for a new code: Two competing tech companies, ENCOM and Dillinger, are in a race for advancements in artificial intelligence and the "Permanence Code." This code would allow digital programs to survive in the real world indefinitely.

A program in the real world: Ares, an advanced program developed by Dillinger CEO Julian Dillinger (Evan Peters), is sent on a mission into the human world.

Ares's journey: Taking physical form, Ares gains human consciousness and begins to question his purpose and identity in a world beyond his own.

The second chapter ends with a direct set-up for the final installment, The Strangers: Chapter 3.

The new dynamic changes the power balance among the three, as Mimi grows restless with Dulce's self-imposed confinement and wants to experience the freedom of the outside world. Mimi's cunning nature and desire for liberty cause Dulce's small, controlled world to unravel, bringing her to a thought-provoking and shocking conclusion.

SINOPSIS

A former top assassin living incognito as a suburban dad must take his unsuspecting family on the run when his past catches up to him.


Dan Morgan, an ex-assassin who works as a car salesman, lives quietly in the Buffalo suburbs with his wife Jessica and their three kids; teens Nina and Kyle, and infant Max. Dan is content with his low-key life and dislikes violence, tech, and social media. Meanwhile, Jessica yearns for more spontaneity and excitement.


Dan and Jessica attend an amusement park for their anniversary. He has a confrontation when someone takes a selfie with them kissing in the background as a joke, then posts it on social media. Dan walks away, refusing to engage in a fight. Soon after, Dan is attacked in a supermarket while shopping with Max but easily defeats the highly trained attacker. Afterward, Dan contacts his former associate, Augie, to find out why it happened. He suggests it is Dan's former employer, McCaffrey, and advises Dan to disappear.


Realizing the carnival photo outed him, Dan orders new fake passports for him and his family from Augie. He retrieves Nina from school, Kyle from a secret game house where he is a popular gaming streamer, and Jessica from work, telling them they're taking a spontaneous road trip to Las Vegas, where he is meeting Augie to collect their new IDs.


As they're leaving town, Dan realizes they're being followed; therefore, their minivan must have a tracker on it. At work, he uses a service bay to find and remove it from the undercarriage. Meanwhile, McCaffrey and his team search the Morgans' home but can't find their destination, as Dan has covered their tracks. He drives through the night until reaching Iowa City. Excited, Nina begs them to visit Southern Iowa University as she hopes to follow her boyfriend Trevor there rather than pursue her original goal of attending Stanford. She catches Trevor cheating on her, so Dan teaches her martial arts moves to use on him. During a campus tour, Dan fights another of McCaffery's assassins and incapacitates him in a chemistry lab before rejoining his family.


As they travel, the family grows closer. Arriving in Vegas, Dan plans to tell Jessica the truth over a romantic dinner. The teens are to babysit Max in their penthouse suite, but instead they go down to the HyperX gaming arena in the hotel. When Dan and Jessica return to their suite to check on the kids, McCaffrey's team attacks them. He quickly kills them, shocking Jessica. Heading to HyperX to retrieve the kids, a shootout ensues, and the family witnesses Dan kill more assassins.


Admitting that his real name is Sean, Dan finally comes clean to his family, who are outraged by his deception. He nevertheless gives them their new IDs, telling them that their lives in Buffalo are over, but Jessica takes the kids and leaves the next morning, believing they aren't in danger if they leave Dan. She calls a recent new acquaintance, Gwen, a travel agent who offers to fly them home.


On the private jet, Gwen reveals she works for McCaffrey and is Dan's ex-girlfriend, whom she is angry at for leaving. Handing Jessica and the kids over to McCaffery, who takes them hostage in an abandoned hotel. McCaffrey, who is revealed to be Dan's father, threatens to kill them unless Dan accepts his offer to rejoin his team and have no contact with his family. Dan relents, and Jessica and the kids are to return home.


Jessica and the kids escape after Jessica kills their escort, and they return for Dan. McCaffrey calls his army into the hotel to kill him. Dan engages the mercenaries, with Kyle helping with a drone. Jessica fights Gwen, culminating in Jessica fatally impaling Gwen with a piece of broken bamboo thrown as a javelin from her track and field experience. They head downstairs, where Nina distracts McCaffrey from killing Dan, giving Dan time to knock McCaffrey out, who is taken into custody, while Dan reconciles with his family.


The Morgans return to their lives in Buffalo; Dan now runs a security firm to train clients to better defend against attacks while Jessica coaches high school track and field. They load up a rented RV to embark on a cross-country road trip to take Nina to Stanford.

Young Cameron "Cam" Cade watches his favorite football team, the San Antonio Saviors, win the league championship. His joy turns to distress when his quarterback idol, Isaiah White, suffers a violent, possibly career-ending injury while scoring the winning touchdown. Cam's father tells him that real men are willing to make sacrifices. Years later, Cam's father has died, and Cam is now a rising football star. Encouraged by his family and girlfriend, he trains for the league combine. While practicing late on an empty field, Cam is ambushed by someone in a goat costume, causing a head injury that endangers his career.

Motivated by his agent, Tom, Cam plans to attend the combine to pursue the Saviors' quarterback position, despite the risk of permanent brain damage if he sustains another injury. While overstimulated due to his concussion, Cam lashes out at his cousin and Tom, ultimately refusing to participate in the combine. Tom later reveals that Isaiah is considering retirement and has offered to train Cam for a week at a remote desert compound to prove himself a worthy successor. Cam accepts and travels there, encountering crazed Isaiah fans led by Marjorie, who try to intimidate him out of replacing their hero.

At the compound, Isaiah puts Cam through disturbing challenges, including a practice drill where a jugs machine repeatedly hits a player in the face and another drill where Cam severely headbutts another player. Cam secretly receives shots of Isaiah's blood, which he is led to believe is an energy booster, and experiences frequent hallucinations of masked figures, which he attributes to the concussion. While in a sauna, Cam is attacked by Marjorie and overpowers her. Isaiah arrives and emotionlessly kills her, to Cam's consternation. As Cam tries to leave, Isaiah's wife, Elsie, apologizes and seduces him. Cam wakes the next morning to Isaiah holding him at gunpoint, demanding to know if Cam and Elsie slept together. Isaiah ridicules Cam for feeling guilty about cheating on his girlfriend, saying winners are remorseless.

Elsie invites Cam to a secret party to meet the owners of the Saviors. Upon arrival, Marco, the team doctor, whispers to Cam to "run" before leaving. The owners offer Cam a strange red liquid, which he drinks, unaware that it is Isaiah's blood. A disoriented Cam finds Marco's severed head in a plastic-lined room. Elsie comforts him as he loses consciousness. Cam later wakes up in an ice bath at Isaiah's compound, connected to an IV of Isaiah's blood. He rips out the IV, injects a serum given by Marco, and grabs a jagged trophy, aiming to kill Isaiah and escape. Cam finds Isaiah watching a video of cheering fans. Isaiah reveals he is part of a line of manufactured "Greatest of All Time" (G.O.A.T.) players who gain enhanced abilities from ritual blood transferred down a lineage. Isaiah tells Cam they must fight to the death with one G.O.A.T. transfusion victor. After a struggle, Cam bludgeons Isaiah to death with a helmet.

Cam leaves the room and steps onto a football field, where he finds Elsie, the Saviors' owners, and Tom, all wearing animal masks. They present him with a contract to sign, revealing that Cam's father arranged for him to be the next G.O.A.T. They explain that the earlier masked attack was orchestrated to lead Cam to the Saviors. Cam refuses to sign the contract and, in a violent outburst, kills Elsie, all the owners, and the masked attacker—who is revealed to be Isaiah and Cam's trainer, Malek—using a hammer and sword. However, he spares Tom, who is subsequently dragged into a pentagram and destroyed by an unseen force. Outside the compound, a bloodied Cam walks past masked cheerleaders and into the desert.

A loyal dog moves to a rural family home with his owner, only to discover supernatural forces lurking in the shadows. As dark entities threaten his human companion, the brave pup must fight to protect the one he loves most.


Todd, a young man suffering from a chronic lung disease, relocates from New York City to his late grandfather's rural, uninhabited home in the woods with his beloved dog, a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever named Indy. Todd's sister, Vera, worries about Todd's isolation at the home, believing the house is haunted and contributed to their grandfather's death there. Indy immediately senses a presence in the home, often manifesting in shadows and sometimes appearing as a dark, skeletal figure drenched in mud.


While roaming the woods, Indy and Todd encounter Richard, a longtime neighbor who warns them of fox traps he has set in the area. Richard mentions to Todd that he was the one who found Todd's grandfather after his death, and that his grandfather's golden retriever Bandit has been missing since. Indy recurrently observes the dark entity in the house and encounters an apparition of Bandit which leads him upstairs. Beneath a wardrobe, Indy finds a bandana that was worn by Bandit. Indy also experiences recurring dreams of being attacked by the dark figure, and has visions of Todd's grandfather, who appears to have died in the home of a similar disease.


Meanwhile, Todd's health worsens and he begins regularly coughing up blood. He becomes increasingly aggressive toward Indy as well as Vera, who checks in on him by phone. Late one night, Indy awakens to find Todd in an incoherent state, slamming his head against the basement door. While Todd sleeps, Indy observes the figure approaching the bedroom. Todd awakens, collapses, and is separated from Indy after the entity closes a door between them. Indy escapes the house, intending to find Richard so he can help Todd, but becomes caught in one of Richard's fox traps. Todd reprimands him by leashing him outside and forcing him to sleep in a doghouse.


While outside one night, Indy senses the dark figure and hears Todd coughing loudly from the upstairs bedroom. The figure attempts to attack Indy, but he manages to break free by running into the doghouse, knocking it over and breaking the chain from its anchor inside. Indy finds the home's cellar door mysteriously open, and infiltrates the home, stumbling across Bandit's skeleton in the process. Meanwhile, the dark figure approaches Todd in his bedroom while he is in a weakened, rapidly deteriorating state. Indy arrives in the bedroom and comforts Todd, who turns and faces his own corpse on the bed; realizing he has died, Todd is dragged by the figure through the house and into the basement. Indy chases after him, attempting to save him as he is pulled into a dark, cavernous tunnel. Todd, accepting his fate, tells Indy he is a good dog, but that he cannot save him, before he is enveloped in muck and taken by the dark figure.


The following morning, Vera arrives at the house and discovers Todd's body. While outside, she finds Indy sitting at the bottom of the cellar entrance. Vera tearfully calls for Indy, who pauses before ascending the stairs to her.

When their evil enemy resurfaces after 16 years, a group of ex-revolutionaries reunite to rescue the daughter of one of their own.


"Ghetto" Pat Calhoun and Perfidia Beverly Hills are members of the far-left group of terrorists, the French 75. While breaking out detained immigrants from Otay Mesa Detention Center, Perfidia humiliates the corrupt commanding officer, Steven J. Lockjaw, who develops a sexual fascination with her. Pat and Perfidia become lovers as the French 75 carry out attacks on politicians' offices, banks, and the power grid. Steven catches Perfidia planting a bomb, but lets her go after she agrees to have sex with him at a motel.


Perfidia gives birth to a baby girl, Charlene, but Pat is unable to persuade her to settle down and live as a family. She abandons them to continue her revolutionary activities. After Perfidia is captured at a botched bank robbery, Steven arranges for her to avoid prison in exchange for information about the French 75. She enters witness protection as Steven hunts down her comrades and shoots many of them on sight, forcing the others to go on the run. As Pat and Charlene are forced to live in hiding as Bob and Willa Ferguson, Perfidia escapes Steven's custody and flees to Mexico.


16 years later, living in the sanctuary city of Baktan Cross, Bob has become a paranoid drug addict who is living off the grid. He is protective of Willa, who has grown into a self-reliant and spirited teenager. Through his vehement anti-immigration efforts, Steven has become a colonel and a prominent figure in the US security agencies. He is invited to join the Christmas Adventurers Club, a secret society of far-right white supremacists. He hunts for Willa to cover up his interracial relationship, which the club forbids. He hires an indigenous bounty hunter, Avanti Q, who captures Bob's comrade Howard Sommerville, triggering a distress signal to the remaining French 75.


Under the guise of an immigration and drug enforcement operation, Steven dispatches his troops to Baktan Cross to find Bob and Willa. Deandra, a trusted member of the French 75, rescues Willa before her school dance is raided. Steven's men attack Bob's home while he is high. He escapes through a tunnel and calls the French 75 for help, but is unable to remember the password. He seeks out Willa's karate teacher and community leader Sergio St. Carlos, who evacuates a stream of immigrants through a hidden tunnel. Fleeing with Sergio's students across the rooftops, Bob falls and is arrested. Deandra brings Willa to a convent of revolutionary nuns, where she learns the truth about her mother's betrayal.


The Christmas Adventurers uncover evidence of Steven's relationship with Perfidia and send a member, Tim Smith, to eliminate him and Willa. Raiding the convent, Steven forcibly tests Willa's DNA while holding her as hostage, confirming she is his biological daughter and thus making him ineligible for the Christmas Adventurers Club. He therefore decides to kill her instead of freeing her. Sergio arranges for Bob to escape custody and drives him to the convent, throwing him from the car before being pulled over by police. Hot-wiring another car, Bob reaches the convent but fails to kill Steven with Sergio's sniper rifle. Steven hires Avanti to take Willa to a far-right militia, who will kill her. Tim tracks Steven down and shoots him in the face with a shotgun, causing him to crash his car, and leaves him for dead.


Avanti delivers Willa to the militia, but after a change of heart, frees her and dies gunning them down. Willa takes Avanti's car and pistol and is chased by Tim until she lures him into a crash by exploiting a blind summit. She shoots him dead when he does not know the revolutionary countersign. Bob finds her on the highway, but she points her gun at him, demanding the countersign, to which he exhaustingly does. The two tearfully reunite and drive away. A badly scarred Steven is seemingly welcomed into the Christmas Adventurers after lying that he was "reverse raped" by Perfidia, but is gassed to death and cremated shortly after his initiation. Returning home with Willa, Bob gives her a letter of hope from Perfidia, where she apologizes for her actions and vows to reunite with her family in the future, and his blessing as she sets off to join a protest hours away in Oakland.

SINOPSIS

In 1978, a local serial child abductor and murderer, known only as, "the Grabber," prowls the streets of a suburb in North Denver, Colorado. Finney Blake and his younger sister, Gwen, live in the area with their abusive, alcoholic father, Terrence, whose wife died by suicide after having a series of disturbing psychic dreams. Finney is frequently bullied and harassed at school, but his friend and classmate, Robin, fends off the bullies.


Having inherited her mother's ability, Gwen dreams about the Grabber's abduction of Bruce, a boy Finney knew from Little League. Two police detectives, Wright and Miller, interview Gwen at school, believing she may know the Grabber. When Terrence learns about the questioning, he beats Gwen. Soon afterward, the Grabber abducts Robin and then Finney.


Finney awakens in a soundproofed basement with a disconnected black rotary dial telephone on one wall. It begins to ring on its own at times; Finney hears only static when he first answers it, but then hears Bruce's voice telling him about a floor tile he can remove to dig an escape tunnel. Finney starts to dig, but the house's foundations are too deep for him to go beneath them.


The Grabber brings Finney a meal and leaves the basement door unlocked. As Finney is about to sneak out, he gets a call from Billy, another past victim. Billy warns Finney that the Grabber is waiting at the top of the basement stairs to punish him if he tries to leave, as part of a cruel game. At Billy's suggestion, Finney uses a hidden cable to climb up to the basement window; however, his weight pulls out the grate covering the pane, leaving him with no way to reach it again.


As Gwen confides to Terrence about her dreams of Finney's abduction, Wright and Miller question an eccentric man named Max, who stays in the area with his brother and has shown great interest in the Grabber's crimes. Unbeknownst to him, Finney is being held in Max's basement and the Grabber is actually his brother.


Finney receives a call from Griffin, a third victim, who gives him the combination to the lock securing the house's front door and tells him that the Grabber has fallen asleep. He sneaks out and unlocks the door, but the Grabber quickly recaptures Finney after his dog Samson barks to wake him. A fourth victim, a juvenile delinquent named Vance, calls to tell Finney he can break through a wall and into a freezer in the adjacent room. Finney does so but finds the freezer door locked. As Finney despairs over his fate, he receives one last call from Robin, who urges him to stand up for himself and fight back by packing the phone receiver with dirt to use as a bludgeon.

SINOPSIS

In 1974, a meteorite containing the alien hedgehog Shadow (Keanu Reeves) crash-lands in Oklahoma and is seized by the U.S. military. Shadow's power is experimented on by Professor Gerald Robotnik (Jim Carrey) at a Guardian Units of Nations (G.U.N.) research facility under the supervision of Captain Walters (Tom Butler) the former vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the leader of G.U.N.


Shadow also develops a close friendship with Maria (Alyla Browne), Gerald's granddaughter. One night, as Gerald, Maria, and Shadow try to escape the facility to prevent Shadow from being taken away, Maria is accidentally killed in an explosion. The explosion was caused by Gerald's experiments with Shadow's energy signatures. Walters shuts down the facility, imprisons Gerald, and places Shadow in suspended animation. Shadow was deemed too dangerous to be walking free and too valuable to destroy.


Fifty years later, in 2024, an unknown individual hacks into a G.U.N. prison facility's system off the coast of Japan and releases a vengeful Shadow. Kyle Lancebottom (Jorma Taccone) is a G.U.N. agent on Prison Island who watches over Shadow. Shadow hears the sounds of a guitar being played similar to what he heard during his time with Maria. Shadow comes out of his coma. Shadow has the power to "Teleport" from one location to another and easily defeats the security systems of G.U.N. designed to keep him imprisoned.


Shadow escapes the Island and enters the city of Tokyo, where he realizes that it is 2024 and that he has been held captive for 50 years. A huge contingent of the army arrives to take control of Shadow.


In Green Hills, Montana, Sonic (Ben Schwartz) celebrates the anniversary of his arrival on Earth with Tails (Colleen O'Shaughnessey) an intelligent anthropomorphic yellow fox who can fly with his twin-tails and creates gadgets that can alter appearances and disable security, Knuckles (Idris Elba) a hot-headed and arrogant anthropomorphic red Echidna warrior with super strength and the Flames of Disaster, a technique which allows his fists to burst into flames, and their adoptive parents Tom (James Marsden) and Maddie Wachowski (Tika Sumpter).


G.U.N. Director Rockwell (Krysten Ritter) arrives and recruits Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles (dubbed "Team Sonic") to help apprehend Shadow in Tokyo. However, he overpowers the three and escapes. Sonic is astonished to find that Shadow looks just like him. Sonic pursues Shadow, and the 2 hedgehogs come to a face-to-face collision creating an energy pulse of 1.21 Gigawatts. Sonic is defeated in the encounter and Shadow gets away.


Team Sonic meets with the now-Commander Walters, who informs them about Shadow's past. Walters says that while Sonic found friends and family on Earth, Shadow only found pain and loss.


Suddenly, Dr. Ivo Robotnik's (Jim Carrey) drones attack and fatally wound Walters, who gives Sonic a key-card before he dies. Walters says that the card controls the most powerful weapon ever built. When Rockwell arrives, she searches Walter for the key card, making Sonic suspicious. They decide to search for Shadow without G.U.N.'s help as Rockwell turns against them. Team Sonic encounters Ivo's assistant, Agent Stone (Lee Majdoub), who denies involvement in the attack and says that he was the one who saved Team Sonic from the drones. Stone tells Ivo that an impostor is using his drone technology. Ivo has grown a pot belly, lives in a filthy large drone crab, and has given up on basic hygiene. They form an uneasy alliance with Ivo and track the stolen drones to the abandoned G.U.N. facility.


Shadow was already at the facility and had met with Gerald. Shadow admits that he is still pained by Maria's death and Gerald says that this is why they have to team up to punish the humans.


Ivo encounters Gerald, his estranged grandfather and the mastermind behind Shadow's escape and the stolen drones, as Shadow captures the others. Gerald says that he was locked up in a top-secret prison facility for 50 years and hence could never contact Ivo.


Gerald explains that the key-card is one of two needed to activate the Eclipse Cannon, an orbiting laser space weapon he designed for G.U.N. (in exchange for his freedom), capable of targeting and destroying any location on Earth. He claims that he plans to use it to destroy G.U.N.'s headquarters in London to avenge Maria's death, and Ivo agrees to join him. Shadow takes the key-card from Tails and activates a miniature black hole to destroy the base as he, the Robotniks, and Stone leave. The 2nd key-card is inside G.U.N. HQ.


Team Sonic escapes using a ring portal and recruits Tom and Maddie to steal the second key-card from G.U.N.'s headquarters, contending with the Robotniks and Rockwell. G.U.N. HQ is protected by an energy shield and other traps, which Sonic cannot penetrate. Even a ring cannot penetrate the G.U.N. HQ as all schematics of the building have been erased specifically to stop penetration with the use of rings. So, Tails needs Tom and Maddie to install a USB drive in their IT servers to give him full control.


The Robotniks and Tom and Maddie enter the G.U.N. HQ at the same time. Tom installs the USB drive, but notices that the Robotniks had already installed their drive in the servers. Both the team reach the key-card room, along with Director Rockwell. Rockwell takes the key-card as Sonic is tied up in saving his team, while Ivo and Gerald are captured in a gravity well.


Tom successfully obtains the key-card by disguising himself as Walters ad ordering Rockwell to release the Keycard to him. Shadow takes Tom to be the real Walters, gravely wounds him, and takes the key, allowing the Robotniks to launch the Eclipse Cannon. Shadow realizes that the person he wounded was not Walters, but Tom and it triggered memories of a dying Maria in his mind. The Eclipse Cannon was buried underneath the Thames river, but Gerald activates the weapon and launches it into space.


Stone tries to warn Ivo that Gerald has not been completely honest with them, based on something that Shadow said. But Ivo ignores Stone and fires him instead.


The Master Emerald is a powerful ancient artifact, distinct from the Chaos Emeralds. It is a source of immense power, capable of performing feats like neutralizing chaos energy, Teleporting, and generating power.


Sonic abandons Tails and Knuckles, steals the Master Emerald from Angel Island, and becomes super-powered using the seven Chaos Emeralds contained within. Sonic confronts Shadow, who also absorbs the Chaos Emeralds' energy to become super-powered. Sonic eventually overpowers Shadow but relents upon realizing he was being consumed by revenge. Sonic tells Shadow about the loss of his guardian Longclaw and that their love for the people they have lost is more important than revenge. Having a change of heart, Shadow agrees to help stop the cannon.


Aboard the Eclipse Cannon, Gerald intends to destroy Earth to avenge Maria's death. A horrified Ivo attempts to abort the firing sequence, preferring to rule over humanity rather than destroy it, but Gerald destroys the command console. Gerald and Robotnik fight, until the latter is seemingly thrown to his death. However, Tails and Knuckles arrive and save Robotnik, and the trio knock Gerald into the energy beam powering the Eclipse Cannon, which evaporates him instantaneously.


Sonic and Shadow block the cannon's beam as Ivo, Tails, and Knuckles steer it away from Earth, accidentally slicing off part of the Moon. Sonic loses his super-powered form and consciousness while blocking the cannon's beam with Shadow and falls back to Earth. Tails and Knuckles save Sonic using a ring portal to Green Hills. When the cannon's core begins to melt down, Ivo makes a final announcement acknowledging Stone as his only friend before he and Shadow sacrifice themselves to move it away from Earth before it explodes. Sonic reconciles with Tails and Knuckles while Tom recovers from his injuries.


During a race with Tails and Knuckles, Sonic accidentally ends up in New York and is ambushed by an army of Metal Sonic robots but is saved by Amy Rose. Elsewhere, Shadow has survived the cannon's destruction.
