SYNOPSIS

The former Pee Nak crew goes on to have a peaceful life after vanquishing lethal curses from their earlier films. While Balloon and First make their way up to become elite talent managers, the attractive Thai-Korean star Do min Joon is occupied with fan meets.

It seems like a joyful conclusion. But the Ghost Mask Festival is about to open, bringing with it a fresh chapter of evil. A local celebration known as the Ghost Mask Festival honours the spirits of ancestors, hallowed beings that guard their progeny and bestow wealth and prosperity. During the festival, Do Min Joon, Balloon, and First all happen to be on vacation.

But when a mysterious blue-eyed man reappears and demands that Do Min Joon keep his vow—a commitment he can't even remember making or exactly what it is about—the festival of virtue is ruined by bad luck.

Balloon and First, his manager, are forced to share the load and get ready for yet another harrowing journey as Do Min Joon is terrorised by the new, enigmatic Pee Nak spirit.

Their history has come back to haunt them. Their lives will be upended by the return of their past transgressions and virtues. The fear is treble this time.
